An MH&L reader prompted a lively discussion among our Editorial Advisory Board about whether there's a logistics talent challenge. This reader asked if the challenge means employers are unable to find qualified candidates for a position regardless of the wages or that they cannot find a skilled employee to work for them at the low wage they're offering.
