Ron Giuntini
Ron Giuntini, principal of Giuntini & Company and president of G35 Software Inc., is a subject matter expert in designing Product Support Enterprises [PSEs] for the commercial and military communities. Over the last 35+ years he has worked in operations management and management consulting with such organizations as Acer, Booz & Company, Gould, General Dynamics, Lockheed Martin, L-3, FLIR, DynCorp, Navistar, BAE Systems, Northrop Grumman, ICx, Oshkosh, Rockwell Collins, Bell Helicopter, U.S. Army, USMC, JCBD, FMC Technologies, DRS, Dassault, and many others. He implemented one of the first pay-per-use programs in the business aviation product support sector and one of the first MRP/ERP systems in the commercial sector. Before founding his boutique management consulting firm, Giuntini was director of materials management for a large commercial manufacturer, ran the global Service-Parts Business Unit of a business jet OEM and was a management consultant with Booz & Company. He received his MBA from Indiana University at Bloomington, a BA from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and is certified by APICS as a CPIM. He is an Army veteran and currently has a Secret Security clearance. He is also a member of MH&L's Editorial Advisory Board.
