Kewill Systems, plc (Sale, Cheshire, U.K.), a provider of supply chain control solutions, will merge with IPACS e-Solutions Group (Singapore), a software provider for the transportation and logistics industry. IPACS offices in Singapore, Hong Kong and Shanghai, will continue to be operated as a standalone entity within the Kewill Global Trade and Logistics business. Sing Lam Wong will remain as CEO of the new Kewill IPACS e-Solutions, which will become a subsidiary of the Kewill Group, headed by CEO Paul Nichols.

“The Asian marketplace, including Southeast Asia, Korea, Greater China and Japan, comprise the fastest growing market for Logistics solutions worldwide,” said Nichols. “We found the ideal opportunity to extend the capabilities of our International Trade solutions into Asia with IPACS and its award-winning technology.”
