Rulings are needed in order to finally settle the dispute between two organizations, the National Cargo Carriers Chamber (Canacar) and National Association of Private Carriers (ANTP).

Canacar leader Leon Flores wants to reduce the size of boxes and amount of tonnage each truck can legally carry by six tons, arguing that this will help keep Mexico’s rain-battered roads in a good shape.
