AUSTINTOWN, Ohio—Precision LLC, a metals fabricator, has acquired the Haz-Safe modular building product line from CID Associates.
As a result, Haz-Safe is now a subsidiary of Precision. Haz-Safe manufactures custom, modular, steel buildings that are Factory Mutual approved for the chemical, pharmaceutical, petroleum, automotive and defense industries. The buildings protect employees and others from potential explosions, fires and liquid spills that can occur during manufacturing, testing, mixing, dispensing, transportation and storage of hazardous materials.
