Orbital Stretch Wrapper Saves Film [PRODUCT]

ITW Muller’s 87M Yellow Jacket orbital stretch wrapper is used by Waste Gas Fabricating to help meet this manufacturer’s increasing production demands.  It replaced the need to hand wrap over 500 skids a week. Aside from the ability to service their customers more effectively, operators no longer have to lift the 30-50 lb rolls of film to apply the wrap.  The company is now wrapping four skids in the time it took to wrap one by hand. Because the job can be done by one employee instead of two or three this user has seen a return on its investment. By applying just the right amount of tension, users can reduce product damage while lowering film costs. Waste Gas cut its film waste by nearly 50%.
