Manage Product Recalls and Improve Returns

HighJump Software’s 12.0 version of its Supply Chain Advantage product suite features lot tracing enhancements, embedded voice upgrades and a new interface with streamlined navigation to allow customers to leverage data and advanced applications more easily.  The application server and web server components will run on 64-bit versions of Windows servers, allowing customers to handle significantly larger amounts of information while improving performance and setting the stage for greater scalability. Track and trace enhancements include new reports that provide greater visibility into inventories to help speed product recalls and support accurate returns processing.
