French logistics company Nobert Dentressangle said it had reached an agreement to acquire Christian Salvesen for an estimated 365.1 million ($517 million).

French logistics company Nobert Dentressangle said it had reached an agreement to acquire Christian Salvesen for an estimated €365.1 million ($517 million).

Norbert Dentressangle operates 2.8 million square meters of warehouse space in Europe and reported 2006 sales of €600 million (26% of which was outside France). The company claims over €1 billion ($1.4 billion) in sales in its transport operation, 41% in truckload.
