Joint Venture For Illinois Distribution Center

The 255 Logistics Center will be located 3.5 miles from St. Louis in Sauget, IL adjacent to Interstate Highway 255. It will be constructed with tilt-up concrete exterior walls and 32-foot interior clear heights. ESFR fire protection and a summer ventilation system are part of the initial specification. It will also have cross-dock capability and 75 trailer parking spaces. Initially slated for 502,500 square feet, the facility can be expanded to 800,000 square feet.
