Vote for the best third party logistics providers in each of eight categories

The annual North American 3PL awards recognize logistics service providers in eight categories. Selections are made by users/customers, and voting is open until May 1, 2009.

Outsourced Logistics is co-sponsoring the 3rd Annual eyefortransport 3PL Awards recognizing 3PLs that continuously deliver excellence in logistics operations and superior service to their customers.

“The awards are decided on by the manufacturers and retailers who depend upon and work with logistics service providers every day,” says eyefortransport. “As such, these awards take on a special significance, and the winners can feel confident in the knowledge that their customers have chosen them as best of breed partners in supply chain excellence.”

The awards ceremony will take place as part of the 7th 3PL Summit on June 23, 2009 at the InterContinental Buckhead Hotel, Atlanta, and will recognize outstanding service in the following categories:

  • 3PL Offering for Retail Goods
  • 3PL Offering for Industrial Supply Chain
  • 3PL Offering for Hi-Tech + Electronics
  • 3PL Offering for the Automotive Industry
  • 3PL Offering for Pharma, Chemical + HazMat
  • 3PL Offering for Consumer Goods
  • 3PL Offering for Fresh Food Supply Chains
  • Best 3PL Offering for Sustainability

The top three 3PLs with the largest number of votes in each of these categories will be shortlisted on May 5th—voting will then re-open and the 3PL with the most votes in each category will be announced as the winner during the awards ceremony.

3PL customers can click here and vote now.

In addition to showing support for the 3PL that makes your day-to-day business possible, with your vote your name is automatically entered into a drawing for one of 5 free passes to the 3PL Summit ($2495 value) or the comprehensive 120+ page North American 3PL Report ($1995 value).
