Jim Rock, former president of Vocollect Healthcare by Honeywell, is now CEO of Seegrid Corporation, providers of robotic automated guided vehicles (AGVs). Besides leading the voice recognition software and hardware firm, Rock’s 20 years of experience were spent growing high-tech businesses in emerging markets and developing companies in advanced manufacturing, semiconductors, artificial intelligence and IT software applications, suiting him well for this new position, according to Daniel Shapira, chairman of the board of Seegrid.
“His executive expertise will drive executing on strategies that will accelerate Seegrid’s sales globally and take the company on a rapid growth phase,” Shapira said. “Rock’s passion and innovative leadership strategy is exactly what the company requires for continued growth and product expansion.”
