HighJump Software announced it has acquired Evenex, a 25-year-old specialist in EDI and trading partner connectivity based in Denmark. Evenex has approximately 3,000 customers exchanging roughly 375,000,000 documents every year. The acquisition extends HighJump Software’s EDI capabilities into the Europe/Middle East/Africa region.
