March 19, 2013
Datria will become part of Knighted software subsidiary.

Intelligrated, a North American-based automated material handling systems provider, announced the acquisition of Datria Systems, Inc., a provider of voice-enabled products for mobile workforces. Datria will become part of Intelligrated’s software subsidiary, Knighted.

Datria’s voice-enabled technologies enable employees with smart phones and industrial handhelds to connect and communicate directly to the systems that support their business processes. Their key customers include Coca-Cola Refreshments, Roche Diagnostics, Swire, Merrill Corporation and Progressive International. Intelligrated and Knighted will provide ongoing support of existing Datria installations and will offer Datria Voice as a stand-alone solution.

Datria CEO James Greenwell will remain in a senior management role, reporting to Greg Cronin, executive vice president of Intelligrated.
