St. Paul, Minn., February 18, 2004 - SPS Commerce, the leading Supply Chain Integration Service provider, today announced a reseller agreement with Quantum Software Corporation. Quantum will now offer their large installed base of MANMAN ERP system users SPS' File Integration service, a hosted solution designed to help small and mid-sized businesses fulfill their customers' EDI/b2b requirements in a cost-effective, user-friendly manner.

"Ease-of-use and full integration with the MANMAN accounting system were essential elements in choosing an e-commerce partner for our users," said Ali Saadat, CEO of Quantum Software Corporation. "After our initial evaluation, it is clear that SPS Commerce has a proven, tested method to assist small and mid-sized companies, like our customers, in entering the realm of e-commerce."

Quantum initially began searching for an e-commerce partner to assist Measurement Specialties, a customer that faced an EDI compliance mandate and was looking for a method that would integrate with their MANMAN accounting system. SPS Commerce's track record of proven integration with various leading accounting packages, coupled with their cost-effective hosted method, led Quantum to recommend SPS to Measurement Specialties for their EDI needs. Upon further review of SPS' successful partner program, Quantum became interested in reselling SPS' File Integration service to their installed base of MANMAN customers.

Under the new agreement, Quantum will receive sales training and support from SPS and will be paid a commission on future sales of the File Integration service to their customer base. The relationship will extend SPS Commerce's reach into a previously hard-to-infiltrate customer base for the File Integration service.

"Quantum's expertise in providing technology for legacy systems will allow manufacturing companies to quickly adapt to e-commerce demands without the burden of developing the connectivity and mapping requirements for each one of their customers or suppliers," said Archie Black, CEO of SPS Commerce. "Quantum's recommendation and desire to resell our File Integration service is yet another signal that SPS Commerce is being recognized as the standard for hosted supply chain solutions for the SME market. We look forward to working with Quantum, and other similar companies, to help their customers acquire the e-commerce tools necessary to reap the benefits of streamlined transaction processes."
