Industrial Label Printers
Toshiba America Business Solutions has introduced the BX420 Series (BX420D and BX420T models) and the ultra-high-resolution BX430 industrial barcode label printers, delivering native PDF direct printing, legacy upgrades, and cloud-powered intelligence for transportation, warehouse, manufacturing, and retail professionals.
These flathead label printers build on the recently released BX410T, equipping users with an advanced upgrade path featuring real-time PDF printing with automatic rotation and scaling. Users can print complex variable-data PDFs directly from ERP systems, mobile devices, or cloud platforms.
The printers are powered by Toshiba’s dual-core A-BRID ecosystem, combining a real-time OS for fast printing and Linux OS for IT-level apps.
The BX420 Series is capable of up to 300 dots per inch (dpi) resolution, 4-inch-wide labels—suitable for everyday shipping, inventory and compliance in transportation and retail.
The BX430 is capable of up to 600 dpi resolution for micro-labeling (as small as 3-millimeter pitch)—suitable for electronic printed circuit boards, garment care labels, and high-legibility business tags
