PAC Strapping Products has introduced Pallet PAC Plus 502 and Pallet PAC Plus MH502 (shown), semi-automatic vertical and horizontal pallet strapping machines engineered to meet the needs of low-volume, light-duty palletizing operations. Both models are based on PAC’s Genesis PSS502 platform and are equipped with a compact mechanical strapping head featuring 30% fewer moving parts than conventional designs.

Powered by direct drive DC motors, the systems provide smooth and consistent operation. An electronic tension control dial allows operators to set precise tension up to 157 lbs (70 kg) directly from the control panel, enabling safe and secure strapping of various load types.

An adjustable weld-cooling time ensures a strong friction weld joint, even at high tension settings. The jog switch provides easy positioning for service and strap alignment.

The Pallet PAC Plus 502 (vertical) is designed to be moved next to a pallet, eliminating the need to reposition loads, while the MH502 (horizontal) features dual-direction mobility, making it possible to approach pallets from the front or side. Both models are suitable for securing corrugated cartons, produce boxes, and other palletized goods, and can be equipped with a battery power supply for mobile use.
