Dynamic Conveyor has introduced the DynaClean sanitary conveyor system. It allows for complete toolless disassembly of the conveyor and removal of the belt in minutes, helping to reduce cleaning time.
The DynaClean conveyor system includes a full washdown design compliant with NSF, FDA, USDA, and BISCC standards, with an optional 3-A sanitary design. It utilizes corrosion-resistant materials, including HDPE, VHMW, and UHMW construction, ensuring durability in harsh cleaning environments.
The system features tensionless belts that eliminate tracking issues and reduce maintenance needs, as well as standard high-efficiency motors for reduced energy consumption. Customizable belting options suit various applications, and plug & play drives and controls allow for the integration of additional equipment and accessories.
The DynaClean system boasts a stainless steel support structure. It offers variable speed capabilities of up to 100 feet per minute, allowing for adaptability to different production throughput needs. It is available in various configurations, including flat, angle, angle Z, vertical Z, and radius turn, with widths ranging from 1" up to 60" usable belt and lengths up to 100 feet.
