Mallard Manufacturing has introduced the Slim-Fit Full-Length Lane Divider, featuring connector brackets and three-piece steel dividers.
Full-length lane dividers help workers load and pick inventory from flow racking. Depending on the application, pick rates typically range from 50 to 150 pick lines per hour, averaging around 70.
Designed for two-person lane slotting and reprofiling, slotted brackets are installed as mirror images on both sides of the carton flow lane. Clearly marked with numbering and lettering, they allow precise adjustments in increments as small as 0.170 inches. This adjustable slotting system helps warehouses maximize storage density across the carton flow shelf, accommodating cartons of varying sizes.
Featuring a durable roll-formed steel construction, the lane dividers have a fold-over design for added strength and stability. The slim profile maximizes shelf space while helping to deter pest activity that often plagues round pipe-style dividers. End pieces come in five powder-coated colors, providing scratch and rust resistance for long-lasting performance. Slim-Fit lane dividers are available in lengths up to 12 feet.
