Brenton has launched the RL1000 robotic palletizer, a modular sortation and layer forming solution. It can achieve rates of up to six layers per minute.
Borrowing from Brenton’s MP1000, this new machine delivers a high-speed layer palletizing solution tailored to RSC, wrap around, lithographic, and display cases, as well as trays and wrapped product.
The RL1000 is a modular solution, offering eight standard layouts that can be applied to a user’s application. Configurations include one or two sortation robots to meet application rates and options for sheet and dunnage handling. The RL1000 can handle up to 600 lbs., while fully supporting a layer of product from the bottom.
