BW Flexible Systems has launched SYMACH 3500S, a push-type palletizer that offers high-speed stacking and palletizing performance for bags, bales, crates and cases. The SYMACH 3500S merges the original Thiele Master 3500 palletizer with the SYMACH palletizing platform.
One key feature of the 3500S is its stacking cage, which contains bags within the specified dimensions, helping to reduce and prevent product overhang. This ensures that pallets are square when loading and stacking in the warehouse and truck.
The 3500S includes an operator-friendly human-machine interface, which supports 12 languages and facilitates communication with ERP, WMS and MES software. Occupying a more compact footprint than a robotic palletizer makes the 3500S a suitable choice for space-restricted environments.
