HighJump Pulse provides the ability to aggregate data from a variety of applications within the extended enterprise. With its open connectivity layer, HighJump Pulse pulls key data from various business systems such as the warehouse management, parcel/transportation execution, EDI trading networks, and ERP systems. Then, it displays the aggregated data into visual dashboards that leverage the HighJump One platform, built on HTML5 for a device-agnostic experience.
Each role within the organization can have individualized views, or dashboards, including charts, graphs, data grids, pivots, and more.
HighJump Pulse’s alerting engine allows users to define events that can be delivered through e-mail, text message, or dashboard notices when a KPI meets a specific criteria. Detailed drill-down capabilities are available within dashboards, allowing the viewer to access granular information on each metric and perform root cause analysis.
