It allows for a fast and easy transfer of product from the truck directly to the store floor.
Merchandise can be packed directly into trays and stacked on a base for easy transportation. Once the system reaches the point of sale, no unpacking or additional touches are needed as consumers shop directly from the system.
The trays are both stackable and nestable for flexibility in vertical environments and return transportation. Other features include dimensional consistency for integration into current and future automated systems, a locking and stacking feature that stabilizes tray stacks, and comfortable handholds for easy manual handling and accessibility.
The trays are available in the industry standard 40 x 24 in. footprint, adding further flexibility by being compatible with 40 x 48 in. pallets and 100 x 60 in. dollies.
