Key features and new functionality designed for this new version includes a P&D optimization model to dynamically route deliveries, an extended LOC-AI for freight pick-up operations that adds the ability to include detailed information on addresses, real time pick-up rerouting suggestions, and AR risk evaluation.
Other additional features include automated fuel cost updates and fuel surcharge pricing integration and translation solutions to overcome language barriers.
FACTS includes online customer shipping tools, dispatch and driver management, cross dock management, and a full back-office suite that give transportation professionals the tools they need to operate cost-effectively while providing improved freight visibility to their customers.
