Designed to fit in tight spaces, the AquaGard LP (low profile) sanitary conveyor features a stainless-steel frame with compact 1.25 in. (31.8 mm) diameter end-roller pulleys that aide in the transfer of small to medium-sized products on and off the conveyor. They also enable the conveyor to fit in these tight spaces in and around other machinery. It can also safely operate in close proximity to employees. It is fit for use for dry or wipedown applications within the packaging, pharmaceutical, confectionary, bakery, and other packaged food industries.
Complete and easy access to the frame and under the belt is provided by the standard tip-up tail design. The V-guided belting ensures precise belt and product tracking. Providing smooth and snag-free cleaning, the enclosed tensioning system keeps the belt to the proper tension.
