Untapped Sources of Logistics Ability

MHI's Material Handling & Logistics Roadmap states that within 10 years the logistics workforce will be redesigned, tapping into four underused but extremely rich sources of talent: women, workers under 35, people with disabilities, and veterans. These groups will be targeted by recruitment and career path development programs to help employers fill their talent gaps. This gallery exhibits the work of employers who are already way ahead and leading the way along that route.
