Benefits practices of wholesalers/distributors, manufacturers, retailers, and third party firms are broken out for three classes of employee in the Warehousing Education and Research Council's most recent Survey of Industry Practices. The employee classes are: warehouse non-exempt, office non-exempt, and exempt employees.

Among the data collected are: paid time off, retirement and savings plans, health plans, and other benefits (including tuition reimbursement, alternative work schedules, and signing bonuses).

Cost for the report is $30 for WERC members, $60 for non-members. A CD-ROM version is available for $35 (members) or $70 (non-members). www.werc.org
