Close the Gap Between Planning and Execution

Logistics Planning Associates (LPA), LLC and WorkWise LLC integrated their two complementary supply chain software systems, PSI Planner FC for Windows and Role-Based ERPTM. The former improves forecast accuracy and drives S&OP, master production scheduling and shop floor scheduling processes. Integrated with the latter, this combination enables a “closed loop” between supply chain planning and execution functions, significantly speeding up planning and response times.
