Plex Systems, Inc., formerly known as Plexus Systems, announced that Inteva Products has launched Plex Online (POL) in two locations: its European Headquarters and Technical Center in Wuppertal, Germany and its Matamoras Operations Plant 2 in Matamoras, Mexico. Inteva Products is a global Tier 1 supplier of automotive interior and closure systems.
It selected Plex as its Software as a Service (SaaS) enterprise resource planning (ERP) manufacturing solution provider following a competitive global search.
POL will next be launched in all of Inteva’s North American locations. Two of its North American sites will go live with POL on April 1 and its eight remaining sites are scheduled to go live May 1.
“Our initial goal was to replace our ERP systems. Once this has been completed, we will focus on our long-term goal to better integrate our manufacturing and business processes,” said Dennis Hodges, Inteva chief information officer.
