Customs Offers Training to C-TPAT Members

Registration opened for the Bureau of Customs and Border Protection's second training session for C-TPAT members. Slated for October 27-30th, the sessions will cover the validation process, global terrorism threats, contraband smuggling trends, and concealment methods. It will be held at the Palace Hotel in San Francisco.

Registration is limited to companies already active in the Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) and will be handled on a first-come-first-served basis and on current C-TPAT membership status. Current membership is defined as those companies that have already received letters welcoming them into the program. Attendance is limited to two persons per C-TPAT member company.
