The BOCC's vision for the project incorporates unique architectural and design standards placing Calvert County at the forefront of rural economic development.
According to the BOCC, the business park will create new employment opportunities geared to residents commuting out of Calvert County. It will also capitalize on other high-tech business expansion opportunities currently underway.
The 92-acre, 650,000-square foot business campus will accommodate a variety of uses, including Class-A office and Flex space. Building construction is slated to begin in the spring of 2003. Visit Patuxent Business Park's Web site at www.patuxentbusinesspark.com for more information.
