    Exel Direct Opens Two Facilities

    Exel Direct recently opened two facilities—one in Edison, N.J., and another in Hanover, Md.

    The 116,000-square foot Edison facility has 20 docks and processes about 400 deliveries per day with 40 employees.

    The Hanover facility has nine docks and 18 employees. It averages 125 deliveries per day in its 40,000 square feet of space.

    Exel Direct, a business unit of Exel, focuses on national home and business delivery of large items, such as furniture and appliances.
