Cat Lift Trucks Ropes Sponsorship Deal

HOUSTON—Cat Lift Trucks has renewed its contract with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo through 2013.

As official lift truck sponsor of the Professional Rodeo Cowboy Association event, Cat Lift Trucks will provide up to 110 lift trucks per year to help move everything from Texas barbecue to stage equipment for musicians. The lift truck supplier, along with Adobe Equipment Houston, will also supply equipment for vendor rental as well as technical support.

In addition, the lift truck manufacturer will award college scholarships to Houston-area high school seniors. Cat Lift Trucks has awarded more than $33,000 in scholarships since the program began in 2005.
