Alaska Distributors Opens New DC

SeayCo Integrators Inc. (Atlanta) and Conveyco Technologies (Bristol, Conn.) installed a new inventory management system for Alaska Distributors Co.’s new warehouse in Kent, Washington. Alaska Distributors is a wholesaler of wine, beer, spirits and beverages in the Northwest. Alaska's new 434,000-sq-ft. facility is nearly double the warehouse space of its previous location. The new system included SeayCo’s warehouse control system, interfaced to Alaska’s Priya host system. SeayCo also integrated pick engine hardware with its own pick-to-voice software.
