Interact Services Inc. (Woodinville, Wash.) merged with Signature Packaging Solutions (Kirkland, Wash.). Each division will continue operating under their respective names. Due to the continued growth of these divisions, Interact is adding a new distribution center in West Chester, Ohio. The 33,600-sq. ft. facility adds to the recent acquisition of an additional 126,000 square foot warehouse and office space near the companies existing operations in Kirkland.
Privately held by a single ownership team, Interact and Signature both stem from the PAC Group of Companies, which began with the formation of PAC National in 1975. Interact provides fully scalable production services including packaging, fulfillment/distribution, and customer contact management services. Signature Packaging Solutions designs and produces a variety of packaging options, from clamshell and blister cards to folding cartons, corrugated boxes and point-of-purchase displays
