Denver - Caljan Rite-Hite US, are excited to introduce their Vaculex ParceLift™ vacuum lift system. The Vaculex ParceLift™ system is designed specifically for use with the Caljan Rite-Hite line of telescopic belt conveyors.
Caljan's Vaculex ParceLift™ has been developed as an option for the Caljan Rite-Hite products. Utilizing the vacuum lift technology, the Vaculex ParceLift™ grips and lifts packages to the correct ergonomic height in one efficient movement. High productivity is maintained without the risk of repetitive strain injuries. What makes this system unique is the light, carbon fiber, articulating arm, providing an ergonomic solution that is sure to improve the material handling capabilities for distribution centers, mail order houses, the parcel industry, and more.
The Vaculex ParceLift™ easily travels into trailers to assist with loading and unloading, and is ideal for use in confined spaces or areas with low headroom. The Vaculex ParceLift™ system lifts up to 88 lbs and can be operated with either left or right-handed controls. Safety is always a priority with Caljan Rite-Hite and the Vaculex ParceLift™ is no exception. The system uses patented technology to ensure there is no risk in dropping the parcel. The non-return valve closes in the event of a power cut and the parcel is slowly lowered and remains attached.
