Harahan, LA - New at Pack Expo! - Intralox will showcase a range of innovative solutions for de-scrambling, package singulation, case handling and spiral conveyance, including its new Series 2600 Spiralox™ belt, which eliminates much of the labor and alterations associated with spiral retrofits. Its superior beam stiffness allows it to be used in wide spiral applications that previously only metal belts could equip. In addition, the Series 2600 requires 75% less maintenance – no welding, “flipping,” special tools or lubrication is needed.
Intralox will also feature its patented Series 400 Angled Roller Belt (ARB), designed to eliminate jams and reduce costs in any conveying application where accurate positioning of cases, boxes, and packages is essential (i.e. infeeds to scanners, palletizers, bar coders, labelers). The belt handles a wide range of package dimensions and characteristics: small/large, heavy/light, strapped or tied, fragile, non-standard shapes, etc.
