Canton, Ohio – Combi Packaging Systems LLC is now marketing the new 2-EZ HS DP Drop Packer, a high speed version of their well known DP Drop Packer. Integrated into the frame of this state of the art case packer is the Combi 2-EZ HS case erector. Now a variety of product sizes, shapes, weights and materials can be packed in large cases at speeds up to 20 cpm. Adjustable lane guides can be quickly and easily reconfigured giving the user the flexibility to pack multiple products on the same line. A feature new to this machine is the automatic adjustment of the case lift height through the HMI panel, resulting in one less manual adjustment required during a case changeover.
This system also features easy to use custom programmed “States Screens” on the operator interface for quick troubleshooting and feedback on productivity. Troubleshooting is reduced to mere seconds and production can be monitored by product, operator or shift with this Combi designed feature. This value-added software is standard on all Combi case packing equipment.
