Mobile Device Services

Psion launched a set of three service programs under the umbrella name of Psion Services:Modular Services, Managed ServicesandPrimary Services. Modular Services is for users of devices built on the Psion Omnii platform. On-site replacement of modules reduces costs, shortens downtime and assures a better overall level of customer service. Managed Services combines break-fix support services with Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools for remote, real-time device monitoring. Primary Services provides ‘break-fix’ protection.
