Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America Inc. (MCFA), is introducing three new Jungheinrich-branded warehouse products to its North American product line. These Class 2 and 3 warehouse products are the latest development from Jungheinrich AG’s manufacturing and distribution agreement with MCFA.

Included are the ETV Q20/ETV Q25 multi-directional reach trucks, with capacities from 4,400 to 5,500 lbs. These 48 Volt trucks are suited to warehousing and storage applications where long loads such as lumber and electrical supplies (steel and/or PVC pipe) are transported in narrow aisles.

Three-phase AC technology provides increased efficiency with powerful acceleration, quick plugging without hesitation and greater operational availability due to maintenance-free motors without carbon brushes, brush springs or commutators. Longer operating times are also promised due to energy reclamation during braking and lowering of the load (optional).

The mast offers excellent visibility towards the load and enables lift heights over 35 feet. One control lever allows the operator to activate all hydraulic functions, select the direction of travel and sound the horn. Maximum throughput efficiency is possible due to simultaneous operation of two hydraulic functions (e.g. lifting and side shifting).
