Beams come in 8 different load capacities and 8 standard lengths. Upright frames come in 5 different load capacities, 6 depths, and 33 standard heights.
Standard pallet rack beams have heavy-duty ends with 3 prongs that engage into slots on the upright frame. A visible, recessed beam locking safety key engages the post to prevent accidental dislodging. Beams adjust vertically on 3-inch centers.
Upright frames have factory MIG-welded cross-bracing and footplates that are pre-punched for anchoring. Frames are available in heights up to twenty feet and can be spliced to go higher.
For installations in areas where seismic activity is more likely, Penco now offers Pallet Rack PLUS. The PLUS beam ends are upgraded to a four prong connector, and the upright frame footplates are both thicker and have more than twice the area of standard footplates.
Penco pallet rack's standard colors are gray for upright frames and yellow for beams. Custom colors are available. A wide assortment of accessories is also available.
