    Pepperl+Fuchs Label Detection Sensors

    The GLD3-series label detection sensors from Pepperl+Fuchs feature a slotted design that allows for web-break detection, double-sheet detection, splice detection, edge guiding and end-of-roll detection.

    GLD3 photoelectric slot sensors detect paper, foil and translucent adhesive labels on a roll. GLD3 through-beam sensors, with one-piece IP66 housings, are available with NPN and PNP outputs and 3-mm sensing ranges. Remote teach options and cabled or connector options are also available.
