BRAINTREE, Mass.— Commercial real estate developer Campanelli Co. announced it is constructing 15 facilities for Preferred Freezer Services (Newark, N.J.), a public refrigerated warehouse company.
Combined, the buildings total 1.5 million square feet of cold-storage warehouse, distribution and office space and span seven states.
Campanelli had previously constructed Preferred Freezer facilities in Newark, N.J.; Atlanta; Philadelphia; Norfolk,Va.; and Raynham, Sharon, and Westfield, Mass.
Ongoing construction projects include facilities in Jacksonville, Fla., Elizabeth, N.J., and Everett, Mass. The Jacksonville and Elizabeth facilities are slated for completion in the first quarter of 2008, while the Everett facility is expected to be completed by the second quarter.
