The Hulk Kombo Dock features a vertical range of up to 60 inches, regenerative hydraulics, independent powered lip control, and push-button controls. The dock leveler can be equipped with an “Energy Guard” perimeter seal. The independent hydraulic scissors lift has a lifting capacity of up to 20,000 pounds, and enables dock-to-grade forklift access. According to Kelley, the Hulk Kombo Dock also includes quick-connect style electrical cables with “NEMA 4x” hand control for simple installation.
The Kombo Dock can be interlocked with dock doors, vehicle restraints and other equipment via a master control panel. Safety features of the Kombo Dock include an automatic return to dock and an audible alarm with flashing yellow strobe lights that activate when the Kombo Dock is not fully stored. Safety velocity fuses on the leveler and lift prevent an uncontrolled descent. The combination of the scissors lift and hydraulic dock leveler gives facilities the ability to service a variety of vehicles and trailer styles, including below-dock trailers.
