VINELAND, N.J.—NFI Industries, a third-party provider of logistics, freight, warehousing, distribution and packaging services, has formed a joint-venture warehousing agreement with Raven Transport Co. Inc., a minority-owned transportation provider.
As a part of the agreement, Raven Transport's clients will have access to 15 million square feet of commercial warehouse space.
Raven Transport is a minority business enterprise (MBE), certified by the National Minority Supplier Development Council of Florida and the Jacksonville Minority Business Development Council.

"We believe this agreement will enable Raven to provide value added services to complement their current product offerings.
