Managers at SPX Dock Products with support from Wynnchurch Capital, Ltd., a Chicago-based middle market private equity firm, acquired SPX Dock Products, Inc. (Carrollton, Texas) from SPX Corp. (Charlotte). In connection with the ownership change, SPX Dock Products changed its name to 4Front Engineered Solutions, Inc. With operations in Wisconsin, Canada and Mexico, the company reportedly has annual revenues exceeding $150 million. 4Front markets its products under the Kelley, Serco, TKO Dock Doors, LoadHog, and APS Resource brand names.
