Clark Material Handling Co. is expanding its world headquarters campus in Lexington, Kentucky, increasing its square footage from 60,000 to 152,000. The new facility is located in Enterprise Industrial Park, and will create an impressive site for Clark’s dealers, customers, suppliers and other guests. Completion is expected by the end of 2004.

The new Clark campus will feature a 5,200-square-foot showroom designed to display 18 Clark lift trucks, a demonstration room and state-of-the-art technical and sales training rooms for its dealers, customers and employees. The expansion will also incorporate administrative offices, a research and development center, assembly and modification areas along with an expanded logistics center.

“The building of these new facilities is an important step in Clark’s continuing efforts to build a solid foundation as we enter our second century of business,” said Brian Butler, president and CEO of Clark. “It demonstrates in a tangible way Clark’s commitment to its dealers, end-users, suppliers and employees. It is something that the entire Clark family will be proud of for years to come.”
