Motorola’s WT4090 voice-only wearable (VOW) terminal and RCH50 rugged cabled headset can replace paper-based processes in demanding warehouse environments.
The hands-free, voice-directed WT4090 VOW connects to wireless networks and supports voice recognition, text-to-speech engines and Voice over WLAN (VoWLAN) applications. When paired with the RCH50 headset the terminal offers a complete voice-directed solution, according to Motorola.
The noise-cancelling, waterproof headset enables voice-directed mobility and makes hands-free communication possible in tough environments, says the company. The WT4090 and RHC50 will be available in the first quarter of 2010.
