Designed for reliable operation in harsh environments, the sensors feature metal mounting brackets, an outdoor IP68/69k rating and 4-20mA or 0 to 5 VDC analog outputs that can represent the user-configured angle range. They feature a power supply range of 10 to 30 VDC, two adjustable switching outputs and operate in temperatures from -25°C to 85°C.
“Inclination sensors are highly flexible and adjustable, enabling users to easily configure the product to the desired measurement range in the field for their particular applications. Pushbutton configuration allows users to scale the output range and define the limit points, and tilt direction has independent calibration for increasing analog output for either clockwise or counter-clockwise tilt direction,” says Dave Rubinski, product manager. “Flexibility, coupled with a robust mounting frame and user scalability over the complete 360-degree range, promise to bring significant value in mobile equipment, agricultural equipment, material handling, automated storage and any other application requiring inclination/tilt angle measurement.”
