Georgia-Pacific Selects RedPrairie as North American Enterprise Transportation Solution Provider

With the goal of increasing internal collaboration and maximizing its transportation network, Georgia-Pacific Corp. (Atlanta) has chosen Waukesha, Wis.-based RedPrairie's DLx Transportation Management Solution.

Georgia-Pacific will leverage RedPrairie's transportation management suite to achieve labor and operational efficiencies, including: improved freight consolidation, optimized carrier assignments and load planning. Its goal is to stay competitive in the market by reducing costs to customers, improving service delivery time and cutting operational costs.
