GMR Dock Safety Barrier
GMR Safety Inc. introduces the Clear To GO SB dock door protection and access control system, which provides dock employees with adequate reaction time to reduce the risk of accidentally hitting the dock door.
When positioned in front of the dock door, the highly visible barrier can prevent it from being hit in the case of an accidental maneuver. Upon impact, the barrier separates from its pivot, and an audible alarm is triggered, advising employees of the impending risks.
The barrier can be set back into place in a few seconds, and the Clear To Go SB can be interlocked with the dock door and existing vehicle restraint systems, according to GMR.
